in 2020 we open our healthy noodle restaurant. We recognize that everyone needs to eat, and food is one of the most important things in the world that humans require; in order to be productive or innovative, they must have food, and it must be healthy.

However, we also recognize that many basic foods are becoming scarce due to a variety of factors, including global warming, among others, so we decided to assist and conduct research.

We discovered that one of the Indonesian local products is exactly what we were looking for: a healthy food that can help provide a lot of people with food that is not made from the typical source, such as wheat, but from a different source that is usually eaten as traditional food in the eastern part of Indonesia.

As a result, we launched our research, with the primary goal of modernizing and transforming that component into a delightful cuisine that many people will love eating on a national and global scale.

Through this, we hope to feed more people by introducing more variety to the market, make people happy, and help with the global food scarcity problem by making it one of their daily meals that is healthier.
